Hill's FAB Club Terms & Conditions

  1. To participate in the Hill’s Features And Benefits Club Programme (“the Programme”), the applicant must be a permanent employee of a veterinary practice or vet shop that operates within South Africa or Namibia. Veterinary practices or vet shops based in South Africa or Namibia may also participate at outlets in the Programme.

  2. FAB Club Points (“the Points”) are awarded at the sole discretion of Hill’s, based on the activities listed on this website and for any other activity Hill’s deems acceptable.

  3. The Points are allocated to individual outlet staff members and not to the outlet, unless stipulated in the promotion that the Points are for the outlet or prior arrangement is made with us regarding the allocation of points.

  4. For an individual staff member to participate in the Programme and redeem his/her Points, the staff member will be required to register on this website using the link and login details provided with a valid & unique email address to each staff member.

  5. For an outlet to redeem its Points, the outlet will need to assign one staff member to register the outlet, using a valid and unique email address and further manage the Points earned by the outlet.

  6. Where an individual outlet staff member or staff member responsible for the outlet points does not have a valid & unique email address, that person can contact Hill’s and a Hill’s representative will redeem the Points on their behalf.

  7. It is the individual outlet staff member’s responsibility to ensure that they have the permission of their outlet owner/manager to participate in the Programme. Hill’s will not be held responsible for the Points allocated to an outlet staff member and where the outlet owner/manager does not allow the outlet staff member to redeem the Points.

  8. The Point balances indicated on this website are valid as at the date indicated but may not include points awarded that have not yet been captured by Hill’s.

  9. The Points are earned in FAB periods which run annually from 1 September to 31 August of the following year.

  10. The Points earned during each period may be redeemed at any time during the period but no later than 1 December after the end of that period whereafter they will expire. No carry-over of the Points from one period to the next is allowed.

  11. FAB Rewards can only be ordered to the maximum value of the Points balance currently reflecting on the website.

  12. If you wish to change your order after you have submitted it to the website, please contact FAB@hillspet.com immediately. However, Hill’s cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your order in accordance with your instructions.

  13. If an individual outlet staff member moves to a new outlet, that staff member must claim their existing Points before they move, failing which the Points will be allocated to the outlet at which the staff member was previously employed..

  14. The Points or FAB Rewards are not exchangeable for cash or alternatives.

  15. Hill’s reserves the right to amend the Points redemption value of the FAB Rewards at any time at its discretion, without notification to the members of the Programme.

  16. Images of the FAB Rewards shown on this website may vary slightly from the actual reward item.

  17. The FAB Rewards will be delivered to the outlet that the member is currently registered to be employed at or to the email address provided, in the case of an online voucher. Delivery may take up to 4 weeks from order date.

  18. Hill’s reserves the right to offer alternatives if any FAB Rewards shown on this website become unavailable.

  19. Hill’s reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel the Programme at its discretion, without accruing any liability for the Points earned but not claimed.

  20. Participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions.
